About the Job:

The Field Sales Executive position is a full-time role that involves on-site sales activities. As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue for the company through face-to-face interactions with potential customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conducting market research to identify potential leads and customers in the designated area
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets on a consistent basis
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Presenting and demonstrating the company's products or services to potential customers
  • Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation
  • Providing regular reports on sales activities, progress, and achievements
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitors
  • Attending sales meetings, conferences, and events as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in field sales or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
