About the Job:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Field Officer to join our team as part of the SBI Digital CSP (Customer Service Point) initiative. As a Field Officer, you will be responsible for promoting and managing digital banking services in rural and semi-urban areas, ensuring smooth operations of CSP outlets, and assisting customers with their banking needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between SBI and customers, providing banking services at CSP outlets.
- Assist customers with account opening, deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and other banking transactions.
- Promote digital banking services (e.g., UPI, AePS, mobile banking) to enhance financial inclusion.
- Ensure compliance with SBI guidelines and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent service to build trust and loyalty.
- Conduct awareness campaigns to educate customers about SBI’s digital banking solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 10th/12th pass (Graduates preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with digital banking platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned area.
- Prior experience in banking, sales, or customer service is a plus.
