Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing B2B clients
  • Lead a team of field sales representatives to ensure targets are met
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies
  • Provide training and guidance to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales management

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in sales or marketing management are a plus
