About the Job:

As a Financial Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data, creating financial models, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. This is a full-time position based onsite, where you will have the opportunity to work closely with various teams and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and interpretation of key financial data.
• Develop financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making processes.
• Prepare and present financial reports to management for review.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the financial data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency and performance.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial plans and monthly financial forecasts.
• Support the implementation of financial systems and processes to improve efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial analysis.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Assist in ad-hoc financial projects as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Proven experience in financial statement management and analysis.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
• Excellent understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) would be a plus.
