Job Summary:

A Marketing Executive for Corporate Tie-ups is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with other companies to promote mutual business growth, primarily focusing on creating marketing initiatives that leverage each company's brand and reach to generate new leads and sales opportunities; this role requires strong relationship building, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of both companies' target markets and marketing strategies. 

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Marketing Executive to establish corporate tie-ups for our staffing solutions and software training programs. This role is perfect for MBA Marketing graduates who are eager to excel in business development and corporate sales. The position is commission-based, offering high earning potential based on performance.


Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Identification and Development:

 Research potential corporate partners that align with the company's target audience and business goals. 

 Initiate contact with prospective partners, present value propositions, and negotiate partnership terms. 

 Develop and manage a robust pipeline of potential corporate tie-ups. 

Identify and approach potential corporate clients for staffing solutions and software training partnerships.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.

Present and pitch our services, customizing solutions based on client needs.

Negotiate agreements, close deals, and meet revenue targets.

Travel to client locations for meetings and presentations (Bike mandatory).

Maintain records of interactions, progress reports, and client databases.


Qualifications & Skills:

 MBA in Marketing from a recognized university.

 0 to 2 years of experience in corporate sales, business development, or marketing.

 Must own a bike and laptop (for field visits and online communication).

 Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

 Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.

 Ability to work independently and manage multiple corporate interactions.

 Prior experience in staffing, training, or B2B sales is an added advantage.
