Aarna Systems is looking for a talented Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our team in Baner-Balewadi, Pune. As a key member of our creative community, you will be responsible for producing high-quality graphics and engaging video content that aligns with our clients' brand strategies and campaign objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality graphics for various media including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns
• Create and edit engaging video content for social media reels and paid advertisements
• Develop website layouts and user interface elements that enhance user experience
• Craft paid ad creatives that drive conversions and engagement
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align visuals with brand strategy and campaign objectives
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our content fresh and innovative
• Ensure all graphics and videos maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing, particularly in marketing across different industries
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design and video editing skills
• Experience creating social media creatives, website layouts, and paid ad designs
• Expertise in producing video reels for social media platforms and advertising campaigns
• Deep understanding of current design trends and best practices in visual communication
• Exceptional creativity and visualization skills with the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual content
• Strong communication and writing skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
