Job Description:
The Head of Digital Marketing will be responsible for developing, implementing, and
overseeing the company’s digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals and drive
growth. This individual will lead a talented team of digital marketing professionals, working
cross-functionally with product, sales, and other key departments to deliver integrated
campaigns. The role demands strong leadership, excellent strategic thinking, and expertise in
digital marketing channels, data analysis, and team management.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Execution:
o Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with
business objectives, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing,
email campaigns, influencer marketing, and digital advertising.
o Lead the planning and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns
across paid and organic channels to drive brand awareness, customer
acquisition, and retention.
o Continuously assess and optimize digital marketing strategies to improve ROI
and achieve key business metrics such as conversions, customer engagement,
and lead generation.
2. Team Leadership & Management:
o Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists, content
creators, data analysts, and other relevant roles.
o Foster a collaborative and performance-driven team culture, ensuring clear
communication and alignment with business goals.
o Develop and nurture talent within the digital marketing team, supporting
career development and skill enhancement.
3. Analytics & Reporting:
o Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools such
as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
o Provide regular reports and insights on digital campaign performance,
including KPIs like traffic, conversions, and cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
o Use data to make informed decisions, identify trends, and refine strategies for
continuous improvement.
4. Budget Management:
o Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively across various
channels and campaigns.
o Ensure campaigns are executed within budget and monitor spending to ensure
optimal ROI.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align digital marketing
strategies with overall business goals and product launches.
o Ensure brand consistency and high-quality creative execution across all digital
touchpoints.
o Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for cross-selling,
customer engagement, and user experience optimization.
6. Innovation & Market Trends:
o Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, emerging
technologies, and best practices.
o Drive innovation in the digital marketing space, experimenting with new
tactics and tools to stay ahead of competitors.
o Identify new opportunities in digital marketing channels (e.g., TikTok,
podcasting, etc.) to enhance brand presence.
7. Customer Experience & Personalization:
Preferred Qualification:
Experience:
o 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of
success in senior or leadership roles (preferably in [industry, such as ecommerce,
tech, retail, etc.]).
o Deep expertise across digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM,
content marketing, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
o Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with
executives to align marketing strategy with company objectives.

Skills:
o Expertise in digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Adobe
Analytics, etc.) and campaign management platforms (Google Ads, Facebook
Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
o Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, user acquisition,
conversion optimization, and engagement strategies.
o Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar)
and CRM tools.
o Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability
to collaborate across departments and manage a diverse team.
o Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple
campaigns simultaneously.
o Data-driven with a strong understanding of how to leverage analytics to
optimize campaign performance.
Additional Details:
Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications,
or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
o Relevant certifications in digital marketing, Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint,
HubSpot, or similar are highly desirable.
