About the Job:
This is a full-time HR Executive position that requires the selected candidate to work OnSite. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions within the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Handle HRMS & HRIS systems to maintain employee records and generate reports
- Oversee payroll management and ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and issues
- Conduct training sessions on HR policies, processes, and best practices
- Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar HR role
- Knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes
- Familiarity with HRMS & HRIS systems and payroll management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Certification in HR management will be a plus
