Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist/Manager for our human resources team and drive strategic HR initiatives. This role will focus on developing and implementing HR strategies to support business growth, improve employee engagement, and enhance overall organizational performance.
Responsibilities:

- Source and attract top candidates through various channels (e.g. social media, job boards, referrals)
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet business needs
- Manage job postings, applications, and candidate communications
Candidate Management:
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit
- Develop and maintain candidate relationships to ensure positive experience
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure effective candidate evaluation
- Design and implement talent development programs to enhance leadership capabilities
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention
- Conduct regular employee feedback and pulse checks to inform HR strategies
Preferred Qualification:
Requirements:
- 1-6 years of experience in HR leadership roles
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and drive business outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
