About the Job:
The Recruitment Specialist will play a crucial role in the talent acquisition process, working closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, attract top talent, and ensure a smooth recruitment experience. This is a Full-Time OnSite position that offers the opportunity to contribute to the company's employer brand and culture.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
- Create and post job descriptions on various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
- Source candidates using databases, job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and applications, and conduct preliminary interviews via phone/video.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and keep applicants informed of their application status.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and documentation.
- Assist in onboarding processes and ensure a smooth joining experience.
- Promote the company’s employer brand and culture to attract top talent.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of recruitment experience (IT/Non-IT industry exposure is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and deadlines.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Proactive approach and strong decision-making skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in recruiting for technical and non-technical roles.
- Ability to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Understanding of employment laws and best practices in hiring.
