About the Job
We are seeking an HR Staff member to play a key role in managing our recruitment and documentation processes. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for handling end-to-end hiring activities and maintaining accurate HR records.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct complete recruitment cycles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Manage and maintain hiring documentation and recruitment-related records
- Oversee 201 file management, ensuring all employee records are accurate and up to date
- Collaborate with various departments to understand and fulfill staffing needs
- Assist with onboarding processes and lead orientation sessions for new employees
- Develop and implement strategies to improve recruitment efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment and hiring
- Strong skills in documentation and HR record-keeping
- Familiarity with handling 201 files and employee documentation
- Proficient in managing the complete recruitment process
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- High attention to detail and organizational accuracy
- Knowledge of HR best practices and applicable employment laws
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
