About the Job:

This is a FullTime OnSite position for a Satellite Communication Engineer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support for satellite communication systems and network infrastructure.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Work on Satellite Base Band system, topology, and access technology.
  • Provide technical support for WAN and LAN, Routers, Firewalls, NAS, and Servers.
  • Demonstrate strong working knowledge of Server, Microsoft OS, and Linux OS.
  • Respond to alerts and resolve tickets promptly.
  • Travel to customer locations and NOC sites for maintenance and support.
  • Utilize advance troubleshooting skills to address system issues.
  • Maintain system configuration information and ensure effective communication.
  • Exhibit good troubleshooting and communication skills.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in Satellite Communication systems.
  • Advance knowledge of Satellite Base Band system, WAN, LAN, Routers, Firewalls, NAS, Server.
  • Proficiency in Server, Microsoft OS, and Linux OS.
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities.


Candidate should be open to travel PAN India.
