Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop job descriptions and specifications for various roles.
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work culture and resolve employee concerns promptly.
- Act as a mediator in conflict resolution and grievance handling.
Performance Management:
- Monitor employee performance and assist in conducting appraisals.
- Support managers in setting performance goals and offering constructive feedback.
Training and Development:
- Organize employee training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and productivity.
- Identify areas for development and recommend growth opportunities.
Compliance and Policies:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Update and maintain HR documentation and records as per regulations.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
- Administer employee benefits and resolve queries related to compensation.
Employee Engagement:
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
- Promote initiatives to boost morale and team spirit.
HR Operations:
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems.
- Provide support for day-to-day HR functions and tasks.

Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. (Master’s degree or MBA in HR is a plus.)
Experience:
- 0-3 years of experience in HR or a related field (depending on the role level).
Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR management tools.
Languages:
- Proficiency in English is essential; additional regional language skills are a bonus.
