HR Executive/ Learner Experience Facilitator

As part of our team, you'll contribute to shaping the educational experience of students and supporting their growth in a dynamic, engaging learning atmosphere. 

Preferred Qualification:

Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for organizational roles. • Facilitate in-person and remote program components, actively supporting students and facilitators. • Be the primary point of contact for student queries, fostering a seamless and supportive experience. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure program success and exceptional learning outcomes. What We’re Looking For: • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, or related field. • Prior experience in student learning engagement, facilitation, or educational programs is highly desirable. • 1–3 years of HR/Recruitment experience • Excellent storytelling, facilitation, and organizational skills. • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. • High adaptability and ability to work independently. • A growth mindset and passion for making a positive impact. Technical Skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Familiarity with online collaboration and learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet).
