Job Description:

We are seeking highly skilled Business Development Executives to join our international sales team. The

successful candidates will have a proven track record in business development, excellent communication skills,

and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The role involves generating new business leads, building

relationships with international clients, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our

products/services

- Identify and qualify new business lead

Strong phone etiquette and communication skills

-Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude

-Time management and organizational skills

-Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office

-Ability to learn and adapt quickly

-Present products/services and handle objections

-Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

-Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales

-Collaborate with sales team to achieve shared goals

-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

-Proficiency in CRM software (or similar tools)

Preferred Qualification:

1-2 years of sales experience

-Qualifications: 10+2 or Graduate

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

-Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

-Meet or exceed sales targets
