Job Description:

*Contact potential and existing customers by phone to introduce Cred Grow’s products and services

*Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions, guiding them through our offerings Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets

*Handle customer queries professionally, providing relevant information and support

*Record and update customer information in the database accurately and promptly

*Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment in customer messaging

*Follow up on leads, and nurture relationships with customers to ensure a positive customer experience

*Provide feedback to the team on customer concerns, potential improvements, and competitive activities

Responsibilities:

*Fresher Graduates or (10+2) or proven experience in tele sales, in any industry

*Strong communication and interpersonal skills *Ability to understand and explain financial products to customers

*Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision

*Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools

*High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus

Preferred Qualification:
