Shift: US and General. Location: Kharadi & Kalyani Nagar Pune. Cab: Both pick up and drop (For Night Shift).

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and provide solutions related to insurance products.
• Engage in sales activities with a focus on achieving targets.
• Conduct lead generation and customer retention activities.
• Ensure excellent communication with customers in English and Hindi.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi (No MTI or RTI, grammatical or pronunciation errors).
• Graduate from any field.
• Good writing skills.
• Both Fresher and Experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Insurance experience preferred, along with Sales Acumen.
