Roles & Responsibilities

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
• Troubleshoot system and network issues, diagnosing and resolving hardware or software faults
• Replace or repair hardware components as needed
• Set up user accounts and profiles, and handle password-related queries
• Provide IT support, including creating procedural documentation and technical reports
• Follow diagrams and written instructions to resolve faults or set up systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with hardware and software installation
• Proficiency in networking protocols, particularly TCP/IP
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
