Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients (companies or individuals).
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring all sales targets are met.
  • Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies to target new customers.
  • Product Knowledge and Consultation:
  • Understand the company’s portfolio of IT products, services, and solutions.
  • Provide consultations to clients, helping them understand how technology solutions can meet their business needs.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, new technology developments, and competitor products to ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients to ensure their needs are met and to provide ongoing support.
  • Address client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, both in person and virtually.
  • Customize product demos based on the specific needs of each client.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations.
  • Work closely with marketing, technical, and support teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools.
  • Regularly report sales metrics, pipeline status, and results to the management team.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements with clients.
  • Finalize sales contracts and ensure proper documentation is completed for successful deal closures.


Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Communication written and verbal strong
  • Proven track record in sales or business development, particularly in the IT sector (typically 2-3 years of experience).
  • Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong understanding of IT products, solutions, and industry
  • Ability to understand customer needs and offer customized solutions.
  • Proficient in CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
