About the Job:
This is a Full-Time OnSite role for the position of IT Support Specialist. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support for both hardware and software issues encountered by users. You will manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems, monitor the system daily, and respond immediately to security or usability concerns. Additionally, you will create and verify backups of data, respond to and resolve help desk requests, upgrade systems and processes for enhanced functionality and security, administrate infrastructure including firewalls and databases, review application logs, and install and test computer-related equipment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
