About the Job: Equinox Consulting Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and energetic Key Account Support Specialist to join our team in Malakpet, Hyderabad. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a vital role in sourcing and engaging exceptional candidates using your unique blend of sales and recruitment experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Source, attract, and hire top talent for various roles within the organization
  • Utilize sales techniques to engage candidates and sell the company's vision and mission
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient hiring
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals and objectives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of international sales experience (maximum 5 years of experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in international voice process (outbound calling)
  • Proven track record of success in sales and recruitment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills (B.Tech/ Polytechnic degree mandatory)
  • Proactive, young, and energetic with a positive attitude
  • Residing within 10 km of our office location
