Roles & Responsibilities:
- Source, attract, and hire top talent for various roles within the organization
- Utilize sales techniques to engage candidates and sell the company's vision and mission
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient hiring
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals and objectives
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of international sales experience (maximum 5 years of experience)
- 2+ years of experience in international voice process (outbound calling)
- Proven track record of success in sales and recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills (B.Tech/ Polytechnic degree mandatory)
- Proactive, young, and energetic with a positive attitude
- Residing within 10 km of our office location
