This role requires a visionary leader who can conceptualize and execute design projects, collaborate with production teams, and stay ahead of fashion trends to develop collections that resonate with the target audience.

Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years in fashion design, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.

Creativity: Strong creative vision and ability to conceptualize unique designs that reflect current trends.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CAD) and strong illustration skills.

Compensation: ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications
