Job Description:

We are hiring for our client, Tamanna Punjabi Kapoor, who is looking for a creative Lead Fashion Designer with 3 to 4 years of experience in the fashion industry. The ideal candidate should come from reputable designer brands and possess a strong portfolio that showcases innovative designs. This role requires a visionary leader who can conceptualize and execute design projects, collaborate with production teams, and stay ahead of fashion trends to develop collections that resonate with the target audience.

Responsibilities:

Design Leadership: Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand vision and standards.

Collection Development: Create innovative designs and collections that resonate with our target audience while maintaining the brand's aesthetic.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of designs and alignment with market trends.

Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, translating those insights into successful design outcomes.

Trend Analysis: Stay updated on fashion trends and industry developments to incorporate relevant elements into designs.

Preferred Qualification:

Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years in fashion design, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.

Creativity: Strong creative vision and ability to conceptualize unique designs that reflect current trends.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CAD) and strong illustration skills.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and presentation of ideas.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in both design and execution.

Additional Details:

Compensation: ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications
