As an intern, you will play a crucial role in transforming traditional hiring practices and reshaping the future of talent acquisition.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate young professionals and students for business-facing roles
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, and college networks
• Conduct screening calls and identify candidates who demonstrate workplace intelligence
• Work with the training team to match candidates with the right simulation-based tracks
• Partner with placement and community teams to ensure candidate fit and progress
• Assist in developing creative outreach campaigns to attract high-potential youth

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Age between 19 - 22
• Ambition to master the craft of talent acquisition and human potential spotting
• Ability to commute to Khar Road, Mumbai
• Availability from Monday to Friday, 10 am - 7 pm, in the office
• Strong interpersonal skills, keen eye for talent, and ability to match the right candidates
• Comfortable with high ownership, fast-paced environments, and proficient in Excel and LinkedIn search
