Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to discuss loan options
• Persuade customers to apply for loans by explaining the benefits and terms
• Follow up with customers who have shown interest in loan products
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
• Achieve monthly sales targets and goals
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in telecalling or telesales
• Demonstrated sales skills and the ability to meet targets
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work well in a team environment
