About the Job:
This is a Full-Time OnSite position for a Major Incident Manager/Incident Manager role in the UAE. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in Major Incident Management within a 24/7 operational environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handling P1/P2 Incidents, running the bridge, and ensuring timely resolution
- Experience in NOC Network, Infrastructure, and application support
- Proficiency in using Monitoring tools like SolarWinds & Dynatrace
- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of ITIL incident management processes and best practices
- Possess ITIL Foundation or Managing Professional certification
