About the Job: We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineering graduates to join our team as CAD Engineers in the aligner manufacturing domain. This role involves designing custom dental aligners using specialized CAD software, ensuring precision and patient-specific accuracy.
- Use CAD software (e.g., 3Shape, Exocad, AutoCAD, SolidWorks) to design dental aligners based on intraoral scan data.
- Analyze dental arches and create accurate 3D models for aligner staging.
- Work closely with orthodontists or dental technicians to understand treatment plans and design requirements.
- Ensure the output files meet manufacturing specifications for 3D printing or thermoforming.
- Maintain documentation and revision control of digital files.
- Perform quality checks and corrections on STL/3D files before production.
- Support the production team in troubleshooting design-related issues.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Basic knowledge of 3D printing technologies or manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Proficient in any CAD software; prior exposure to dental CAD tools is an advantage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
