Responsibilities:

• Assign appropriate medical codes to diagnoses and procedures for patient medical records based on provided documentation.
• Review and analyze patient health records to identify relevant diagnoses and procedures for coding.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with coding guidelines and regulations.
• Communicate with healthcare providers to clarify information and obtain additional documentation.
• Adhere to confidentiality and security protocols to ensure data integrity.

Preferred Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Health Information Management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology, and Medical Terminology.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
