About the Job:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented MICE Sales Manager to drive business development, manage key corporate accounts, and ensure successful execution of MICE events. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in selling MICE packages and building long-term client relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for MICE (domestic & international).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers.
- Create tailored MICE proposals and cost-effective itineraries as per client requirements.
- Negotiate and close profitable sales deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless execution of events and trips.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Represent the company in trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MICE or Corporate Sales in the Travel, Hospitality, or Event Management industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong client-handling and relationship-building ability.
- Knowledge of both domestic and international destinations for corporate events and incentives.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and event supervision.
