The company is seeking a dedicated and experienced NOC Support / Engineer to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our technical support department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our telecom services. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain the network operations center (NOC) to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical support for telecom services.
- Utilize your expertise in VoIP, TDM, and network monitoring to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Use trace tools like Wireshark to analyze and diagnose network performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address escalated technical issues efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Mandatory knowledge of SIP protocol.
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience in a telecom environment.
- Proficiency in VoIP, TDM, network monitoring, and trace tools like Wireshark.
- 2–6 years of NOC / Technical Support experience in the Telecom domain.
- Strong command over English communication with no MTI (Mother Tongue Influence).
- Exposure to international telecom support environments.
