This full-time Personal Assistant role is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and provide essential support to our executives. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure efficient retrieval of information.
- Coordinate and oversee special projects and events as assigned.
- Perform general office tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
