About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive team. This full-time, on-site position plays a key role in managing schedules, coordinating day-to-day activities, and ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the executive team
- Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules
- Handle calls, emails, and official correspondence
- Maintain and organize confidential files and records
- Coordinate meetings, events, and follow-ups
- Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries
- Conduct research and assist in preparing reports or presentations
- Support executives with personal tasks and special projects as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Proficiency in office management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic budgeting and financial handling experience
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
