Job Summary:

Grups Automation is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. PLC Programmer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for programming and commissioning PLC, HMI, SCADA, and VFD-based automation projects. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience to develop their skills in the automation industry.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to client locations for project execution.
• Engage with clients to understand and address their mechanical or electrical automation needs.
• Develop electrical or mechanical schematics to illustrate automation processes.
• Program and install automation systems using PLC, HMI, SCADA, and VFD.
• Establish test criteria for automated systems before final installation.
• Test automation systems to ensure efficiency, safety, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve errors in automated systems.
• Oversee successful implementation and installation of automation programs.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of development processes.
• Provide clients with technical support as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BE/BTech in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunication Engineering.
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering (preferred for Diploma holders).

• Location: Vasai

• Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
• Joining Time: At the earliest.
• CTC: ₹1.5 - ₹4 LPA (based on performance).
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Weekly Off: Sunday
• Commitment: Minimum 2 years
