As a Customer Service Executive at our company, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers. Your primary focus will be to address customer queries, provide information on products/offers/services, and offer solutions to their concerns. You will play a key role in building strong relationships with customers and ensuring their satisfaction by going the extra mile.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls
- Solve queries and provide information about products/offers/services
- Follow communication scripts for different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives
- Upsell products when opportunities arise
- Keep records of all conversations in the database
- Attend educational seminars to enhance knowledge and performance
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
