1. Being the home Room teacher for an entire age group. 1 to 2, 2 to 3, 3 to 4, and so on..

2.Planing & leading all class room engagement and activities.

3.Creating a positive learning space for children.

4.Condurting assessment & tracking the progress of all students.

5.Faciliating and planning PTM &co. help parents understand more about their children.

6.Being a role Model for young students.

7.Taking ownership of your own professional development by participating actively in our training programs & signing up for relevant courses.

Skills & Qualification

1. Has worked will premium early years pre school for at list 2-3yrs

2. Has worked will modern pedagogies such as Reggio, Monterari, waldorf or inquiry bases learning.

3. Is passionate about early years and wants to make a difference in this sailor

4. A course in early childhood education or B.Ed. or NTT, MTT would also be great to have.
