Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a developmentally-appropriate curriculum for preschool-aged children.
• Create engaging and interactive lesson plans that promote learning and development in various areas such as language, math, science, and social skills.
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
• Monitor and assess the progress of each child and communicate effectively with parents about their child's development.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive and supportive learning community.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with young children, parents, and colleagues.
• Passion for teaching and a strong understanding of child development principles.
• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
