About the Job:

This is a full-time Production Engineer role that requires the selected candidate to work on-site.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Designing, implementing, and improving production processes and procedures
• Ensuring the manufacturing process runs smoothly and efficiently
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize production output
• Identifying and resolving production issues in a timely manner
• Conducting regular quality control checks to maintain high standards
• Developing and implementing safety guidelines for the production floor
• Training production staff on new processes and equipment
• Monitoring and analyzing production data to make informed decisions
• Managing inventory levels to meet production demands
• Calibration and Testing of Equipment
• Assembling of Product

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Electronic Devices and Circuits
• Strong background in electronics
• Knowledge of Analog and Digital electronics
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field
• Prior experience in a production engineering role is preferred
• Knowledge of Electronic Component
• Soldering
