We seek an experienced Purchasing Executive with a minimum of 4+ years of experience in the Real Estate/Construction field to handle our company's procurement activities. The Purchasing Executive's responsibilities include maintaining positive relationships with suppliers, coordinating with internal teams regarding their supply needs, and other daily purchasing activities. Preparing Work Orders and Purchase Orders in Word/Excel and knowing how to ride a two-wheeler.

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Graduate in Business Studies/Administration/Materials Management or equivalent.
• Candidates who stay 45 minutes to 1 hour from Saltlake, Sector V are highly desirable.
• Minimum 7-8 years experience in Material Purchase in a Real Estate Company
• Age Group = 31 yrs to 45 yrs.
• Salary = 20000 to 35000
• Experience in real estate is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in English will be an added advantage.
• Able to work in a team as well as independently.
• Computer literate, with knowledge in Microsoft Office, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, etc.
• Analytical, data-driven approach with an attention to detail.
