Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand customer base.
- Manage and oversee the sales team to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Negotiate and close deals with customers to maximize profits.
- Stay up-to-date with the real estate market trends and competitors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials.
- Provide guidance and coaching to the sales team to improve their performance.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and results.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and maximize profits.
- Prior experience in real estate and property sales is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
