About the Job:
This is a full-time Receptionist position that requires the candidate to be OnSite.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Assist with office management tasks as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Manage appointments and scheduling
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Front Desk Reception
- Strong Office Management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
