Key Responsibilities:
✅ End-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
✅ Managing job postings and maintaining candidate databases
✅ Coordinating with hiring managers for role requirements
✅ Handling bulk hiring processes, including mass outreach and high-volume candidate screening
✅ Conducting initial assessments and shortlisting candidates for bulk hiring needs
✅ Making 200-300 calls daily for sourcing and follow-ups
✅ Regular follow-up calls with candidates to ensure engagement and smooth hiring process
