• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in recruitment and talent acquisition tools and processes
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, video, in-person)
• Strong decision-making skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of labor legislation and hiring best practices
