As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the real estate sector
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions and services
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing support
- Monitor client accounts and proactively address any issues or challenges
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our services to existing clients
- Prepare regular reports on client satisfaction and feedback
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide strategic recommendations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a client-facing role, preferably in real estate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
