We are currently seeking a talented Reservation Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Reservation Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing reservations, coordinating events, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate reservations for weddings and other events

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences

- Work closely with the sales team to drive B2C and B2B sales for travel and tourism services

- Assist in the planning and execution of wedding events and other hospitality services

- Utilize advanced Excel skills to maintain and update reservation databases

- Ensure seamless coordination between various departments to deliver high-quality services

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel Skills for data management and analysis

- Excellent Communication Skills to interact with clients and team members effectively

- Prior experience in wedding sales, B2C Sales, or Business-to-Business (B2B) sales is a plus

- Knowledge of Travel & Tourism Services and Hospitality industry trends

- Familiarity with wedding events and Event Management processes
