This is a full-time sales job role that requires the selected candidate to work OnSite. As a sales representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue for the company through effective sales strategies and customer relationship management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets
- Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential and existing customers
- Negotiate and close sales deals, handle customer inquiries, and resolve any issues
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and performance
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a sales representative or in a similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
