About the Job:

This is a Full-Time Sales & Marketing Executive(B2C) role with a focus on marketing activities, brand promotion, client acquisition, and lead generation. The role requires reaching monthly sales targets, strong negotiation skills, and excellent customer service. The position involves setting sales goals, developing strategies, and maintaining a CRM database. The work is OnSite in locations like Anantapur and Hyderabad.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct marketing and brand promotion activities.
  • Acquire new clients and generate leads independently.
  • Reach monthly sales targets and negotiate effectively.
  • Handle customer inquiries, questions, and complaints professionally.
  • Set sales goals, develop strategies, and maintain a CRM database.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
  • Provide highest customer service excellence at all times.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively in a team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
  • Experience of at least 1 year in sales.
  • Any Degree/Post Graduate qualification.
  • Two-wheeler mandatory for the role.
