About the Job:

As a Sales And Marketing Manager at Sahajanand group of companies, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales and marketing strategies for our high-quality standard industrial water treatment chemicals distributed by Chembond Water Technologies. This is a full-time remote position that offers the opportunity to work with a reputable company that has a strong presence in Surat, Bharuch, and Vadodara, serving more than 100 satisfied clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote our products and services

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective communication and protocols are followed

• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to devise effective marketing strategies

• Create compelling sales pitches to attract new clients and retain existing ones

• Conduct field sales activities to reach out to potential customers and expand our client base

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Coordination

• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow protocols

• Strong understanding of Marketing Strategy & Analytics

• Ability to develop effective Sales Pitch & Client Retention strategies

• Experience in Field Sales is a plus
