About the Job: We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Sales Associate for our B2B Sales channel to focus on lead generation and Pre-sales activities for our hiring solutions, hackathons, and academia outreach solutions. If you have a knack for building connections and closing deals, this role is for you!
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through cold emailing, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and other innovative channels.
- Research prospective clients and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct cold calls and emails to potential clients to pitch our hiring subscription plans and hackathon services.
- Follow up diligently with leads to convert them into active customers.
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales pitches and strategies.
- Provide insights on market trends and customer feedback to refine offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and update sales reports regularly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, especially in lead generation.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Experience in cold calling, emailing, or lead generation is a plus.
- Comfortable with traveling across Delhi NCR for work.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office is desirable.
