Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients, including builders, architects, facility managers, hospitals, hotels, airports, and corporate offices
  • Pitch HEATCURE as an energy-saving, sustainable solution using a consultative, solution-based sales approach
  • Conduct product presentations, site visits, energy savings analysis, and ROI-based discussions
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and manage negotiations through to successful closure
  • Maintain strong post-sale client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business
  • Collaborate with application and technical teams to ensure timely project execution
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while providing regular performance reports

Candidate Profile

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B solution selling, preferably in energy efficiency, construction, building materials, or other technical products
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills
  • Proven success in high-ticket or consultative sales environments
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven professional
