We are looking for a motivated and client-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Specialist. In this role, you will connect with potential clients via Zoom to present and sell our Ads Mate software and other digital marketing services. You will also provide technical support to clients and proactively schedule appointments and make cold calls to generate leads when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

•             Conduct Zoom meetings with prospective clients to demonstrate and sell Ads Mate software and other marketing services.

•             Build strong client relationships by understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.

•             Provide product demonstrations, answer client queries, and address objections during sales calls.

•             Deliver technical support to clients via Zoom to ensure successful onboarding and usage of Ads Mate.

•             Schedule appointments with potential clients from inbound leads or through outreach.

•             Make cold calls to prospects to generate new leads and identify potential opportunities.

•             Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

•             Work collaboratively with the internal team to refine sales strategies and improve the client experience.

•             Stay updated on company offerings, marketing trends, and tools to enhance service delivery.
