Job Description:
Kotson Projects Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive and dedicated Sales Engineer. This job is ideal for those who are enthusiastic about sales, have a strong technical background, and want to work in the solar energy sector. A Sales Engineer would identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and provide technical solutions to meet client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Identify and generate new business opportunities, pursue leads, and convert them into sales.
- Technical Consultation: Understand customer requirements and provide technical advice and solutions based on the company's products and services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Quotations & Proposals: Prepare and present detailed quotations, technical proposals, and commercial offers based on customer requirements.
- Sales Reporting: Update sales progress regularly, provide forecasts, and report on market trends and competitor activities.
- After-Sales Support: Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical queries from clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to improve sales strategies and customer solutions.
Preferred Qualification:
Required Qualifications:
- Education:
- BE in Electrical Engineering or
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Preferred Skills & Knowledge:
- Experience in the Solar industry is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Location Preference:

Compensation:
· Salary range between ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month, based on experience.
